Barely two days after The Jacka died, hip hop has to endure another loss and this time it is an originator. During the early days of hip hop, crews reigned supreme. One of the first groups to dominate hip hop was Fantastic Romantic Five.
Fantastic Romantic Five made a name for themselves, out the gate, and it consists of Waterbed Kev, Master Rob, Dotta Rock, Prince Whipper Whip and Ruby Dee. Grandwizard Theodore is the DJ of the crew. But, their circle became a bit smaller.
Dotta Rock, this evening, ended up being the latest member of the hip hop community to pass away. Currently, there isn’t much information about what caused his death. Regardless, prayers go out to Dotta Rock’s family, friends, and loved ones.
