In late December 2021, Dr. Dre and his estranged wife, Nicole Young, finally settled their divorce. Young initially filed divorce paperwork in the summer of 2020, as she went on to receive a whopping $100 million settlement. That came after Dre suffered a brain aneurysm that he recovered from, that January.

However, Dre is now selling his Malibu mansion, which was previously occupied by Young. According to The Daily Mail, he is now listing this property on the market, for $20 million. Dre initially paid $4.8 for it, way back in 2000. This is one of the seven properties that Dre was able to hold on to, in the divorce settlement.

This home in Malibu contains six bedrooms and seven bathroom, as it spans 9,000 square feet. Dre reportedly decided to move on from this home, due to not being able to have access for it, for an “extended time.” As a result, Dre went on to list the home, with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency. It was originally built in the 1990s, and described as a “contemporary beach estate.”

Dre and Young initially got married, back in 1996. They went on to have two children together, which are currently a 23-year-old son, and a 19-year-old daughter.
