This weekend, Drake’s new “Honestly, Nevermind” dance album, officially debuted at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. This became Drake’s seventh straight number one studio album, and his 11th project to top the chart, as well.

Now, Drake is now pouring in songs from Honestly, Nevermind, onto the Billboard Hot 100 chart, according to Chart Data. He has even scored another number one song, in “Jimmy Cooks.” This featured 21 Savage, and was the only rap song on Honestly, Nevermind. 21 also appeared on Drake’s “Certified Lover Boy” album in 2021, on “Knife Talk,” which also included Project Pat.

Drake now the first male artist in history, to debut a song and album at #1 on the Hot 100 and Billboard 200 simultaneously, on two occasions. Another record set by Drake is that he becomes the first soloist in history to earn eleven #1 singles on the Hot 100 and eleven #1 albums on the Billboard 200. Drake also still holds the record as the artist with the most Hot 100 debuts, with seven. 58 hit top 10 hits on the Hot 100, is also another extended record by Drake.

13 of the 14 songs on Drake’s Honestly Nevermind, were dance records. He received criticism for experimenting with this genre, but won big in a major wya, as usual.
