Since 2009, Drake has established himself as one of the biggest artists in the world. Today, many even debate if he’s the greatest artists of all-time, in general. 2022 has been another epic year for Drake, as he’s released two albums, both of which easily debuted at number one in the US. One was his dance-inspired “Honestly, Nevermind” album, in June. Last month, Drake released the 21 Savage-assisted joint album, “Her Loss.

However, Drake continues to make even more history. He now becomes the third artist in RIAA history, to earn five diamond singles, according to Chart Data. This comes after his 2016 “One Dance” single ft. Wizkid and Kyla single and “Hotline Bling” single both got certified diamond, on Thursday. One Dance is also Wizkid’s first diamond record. Drake’s other diamond records include “God’s Plan,” Future’s “Life Is Good” collaboration, and Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” collaboration.

Drake is also nominated for two 2023 Grammys, even after making it known that he doesn’t want to be nominated. These are for records that he’s featured on, which include Jack Harlow’s “Churchill Downs” and Future’s “Wait For U” single with Tems.
