Drake responds to Kendrick Lamar’s “6:16 In LA” diss track with “Family Matters”

Drake disses Kendrick Lamar again on “Family Matters”

On Friday morning, Kendrick Lamar dropped off his second Drake diss song of the week, with “6:16 In LA.” This comes after Kendrick dropped off the impressive “Euphoria,” on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Drake has just released another Kendrick Lamar diss track, in response to Kendrick’s last two records. Drake is back with “Family Matters,” as this surprise released was dropped on Friday night. Moreover, this song lasts over seven minutes and 30 seconds, as Drake taps into multiple beats.

Kendrick Lamar and Drake have been going back and forth with diss tracks, since late March. Kendrick initially called out Drake and J. Cole on his featured verse on Future and Metro Boomin’s “Like That.” That soon resulted in Drake dropping off two more diss records with “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made Freestyle.” Push Ups featured shots being taken at Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, and Rick Ross as well. Taylor Made Freestyle contained AI verses from 2Pac and Snoop Dogg, but Pac’s estate soon issued a cease & desist to get the record removed from the internet.
