Once Drake joined Young Money, Lil Wayne’s crew immediately became a contender, as there was another hitmaker added to the roster. Drake has been a part of Young Money since 2009 and has released two albums. In addition to these two albums, Drake has a plethora of collaborations under his belt.

Though it has been a short span of time, Drake has gone from being among the new artists in the game to becoming one of the veterans. 2 Chainz is a veteran in the rap game, himself, but his solo career is still in its infant stages. Early on, 2 Chainz gained the support of all the big names in hip hop, making it easier for him to build his own name.

2 Chainz has several mixtape singles out and gaining radio success. But, his first official single came in the form of “No Lie,” which features Drake. Last week, the song certified gold and now it has hit number one on the Billboard R&B charts, giving Drake his eleventh number one single. Drake officially passed Jay-Z and has become the top hip hop artist with the most number one singles.
