Drake will no longer be required to attend deposition in XXXTentacion murder trial

Drake no longer required to be in deposition of XXXTentacion trial

Last week, a judge ordered Drake to attend a deposition in the current XXTentacion murder trial. This came after one of the defense attorneys, Mauricio Padilla, convinced a judge that Drake may have been involved. Padilla represents shootings suspect Dedrick Williams. Drake being brought up stems from his previous feud with X.

However, Drake filed a motion on Monday, in an attempt to avoid this deposition. He also cited with errors in the Zoom link that were provided. As a result, TMZ now reports that Drake is no longer required to attend this.

Drake’s attorney Bradford Cohen went on to explain how his client has no relevant information to add to this case. As a result, the judge decided that this feeling was mutual.

XXXTentacion was initially shot and killed after leaving a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, FL. X was from that Broward County area, in the town of Lauderhill. X was shot in his car, as he was also robbed of a duffle bag which contained $50,000 in cash. At the time of his death, he was only 20-years-old.
