E-40 escorted out of Warriors-Kings playoff game in Sacramento [VIDEO]
E-40 escorted out of Warriors-Kings playoff game in Sacramento
Saturday was officially day one of the NBA Playoffs. The final game of the night featured the Golden State Warriors vs Sacramento Kings, in Sacramento. This was the first playoff game for the Kings since the spring of 2006, as they previously had the longest playoff drought out of every major pro sports league, in the United States.
Kings fans packed out the Golden 1 Center, as they went on to be treated to a very exciting 126-123 victory. That was as a result of the game ending on a missed Stephen Curry three-point attempt, which would’ve tied the game.
Meanwhile, one of the biggest trending topics of Warriors vs Kings was E-40 attending. E-40 is a west coast legend, from the Bay Area, and frequently attends many Warriors games. Sacramento isn’t too far from his hometown of Vallejo, therefore, 40 decided to attend Saturday’s playoff game, to support the home team.
During the game, E-40 was randomly escorted out of the game. However, it’s still unclear what caused this, as many assume that it was due to an interaction with a Warriors fan nearby.
