Following the release of 2009’s Loso’s Way, Fabolous announced Loso’s Way 2 would soon follow. Earlier this year, the full album title was announced as Loso’s Way 2: Rise to Power, but the album has yet to come. While fans wait on Fabolous to release his next album, he has kept the mixtape scene hot.
On Christmas 2009, Fabolous wanted to give fans a gift. The gift was to be his mixtape, which he called There is No Competition. However, the mixtape was subject to several delays and was not released until March 2010. Earlier this year, Fabolous released There is No Competition 2 and his classic, The S.O.U.L. Tape.
With 2011 coming to a close, Fabolous has announced a third installment of his There is No Competition mixtape series. The third edition of the mixtape series is titled There is No Competition 3: Death Comes in 3s. No release date has been set for the mixtape, but Fabolous will likely release the tape sometime early next year.
