Last night, the 2014 BET Awards concluded with the Jay-Z and Beyonce performance. Throughout the show, they promoted the performance and many felt they would close the show. When they did, however, they were not actually a part of the crowd.
Jay-Z and Beyonce have not attended the BET Awards in some time, so it was a big deal for them to close out the show. But, they still have not attended the show, as they sent in concert footage made just for BET. Fans who waited to see them had plenty of reactions, however.
Some fans were disappointed, others expected it, meanwhile the rest simply made jokes. Twitter is always the forum for all entertainment events and BET won out last night and this morning. The audience was very creative with their Jay-Z/Beyonce jokes.
