Fetty Wap to hold “Sweet Yamz” Thanksgiving giveaway

Fetty Wap may be incarcerated, but he’s still making sure to give back to his hometown. This is Paterson, NJ, as he’s helping families in need, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

This “Sweet Yamz” Thanksgiving giveaway will be held on November 22, from 2-6PM ET. Those who wish to attend can do so at 21 Market Street. Fetty is holding this giveaway in partnership with College Achieve Paterson and principal Dr. Mills in his hometown

Fetty cited how a surge and increase in cost of food in these times inspired him to want to give back even more, for this Thanksgiving week. A variety of groceries will also be giving out on a first come, first serve basis.

“I’m very grateful for my fans and for my community because I wouldn’t be where I am without them,” said Fetty in a statement. Giving back, especially in my hometown, is very important to me no matter what the circumstances are. Even though I can’t be there in person, shout-out to every single one of my fans, supporters, and everyone that’s still rocking with me!”

The news of Fetty’s Thanksgiving giveaway comes after releasing his new “Sweet Yamz” single, last week. That served as his first official single of 2022.
