Flavor Flav goes off on Spirit Airlines employee after missing flight
Flavor Flav has always been one of the most iconic rappers, of all-time. He made a name for himself in the late 1980s and 1990s, as part of the legendary hip-hop group, Public Enemy. They went on to release 15 studio albums, with their previous one being “What You Gonna Do When The Grid Goes Down?” in 2020.
However, Flavor Flav is now trending, for the wrong reasons. According to TMZ, footage is now going viral, of him going off on a Spirit Airlines gate agent. This was due to Flav missing his flight.
This reportedly occurred on Thursday night around 11:30PM. , in Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport. Flav is said to have been catching a flight to Detroit. However, he missed his flight due to being on the phone and on his laptop. As a result, the gate for the flight ended up closing on him.
However, the gate agent didn’t allow Flav to get on the flight, as the doors were officially closed. He went on to argue with the gate agent about this, as another person even tried to support Flav. Obscenities were yelled by him, as the gate agent almost called airport security.
Flav usually waits for others to board their flights, to avoid having to take a lot of photos, and hold the lines up. He went on to tell TMZ that he apologized to fans who saw him get out of character, but isn’t apologizing to Spirit Airlines, or that employee.
