Foot Locker will not be restocking Yeezy according to reports
Kanye West made all kinds of history, through his clothing company, Yeezy. However, there was that one interview on “Drink Champs” that cost him everything. While Yeezy products are back in stores, the brand has yet to fully recover. That said, Yeezy is well on its way to recovery. For months, there have been rumors of Foot Locker bringing Yeezy’s back to their stores. According to reports, this morning, that’s not happening.
Kanye West rubbed many people the wrong way, over the years. Through his career, Ye has always made controversial statements. Also, there seems to be a weird thing that Kanye West has with the men who have served as president, through his career. During the Bush and Obama administrations, Kanye had choice words for the president. When Trump served, Kanye had a unique friendship with him. Thus far, he’s suggested he’ll run against Biden, in 2024.
Kanye West is currently in Italy, where he and Travis Scott performed. Meanwhile, the Yeezy brand is quietly performing well again. On the first day of the resumption of sales, Yeezy made $25 million. If those profits held for a year, Yeezy would make over $9 billion. However, according to the reports, if that happens, it won’t be with Foot Locker’s help. Despite the rumors of Foot Locker stocking Yeezy, rumors are saying that won’t happen.
