GloRilla speaks after second person passes from concert stampede

On Sunday night, GloRilla and Finesse2Tymes’ concert in Rochester, NY turned into a tragedy. A stampede occurred at the Main Street Armory, as fans in attendance supposedly heard gunfire erupt. That wasn’t the case, but those in attendance still stormed out, as many were trampled. As a result, injuries occurred to many of those attempting to leave the venue.

The first victim who lost their life was identified as 33-year-old Rhondesia Belton. On Monday night, a 35-year-old woman was also confirmed to have passed away. However, her identity wasn’t revealed to the public. Seven others are still being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

GloRilla initially spoke on Twitter about the first death on Sunday, as she noted how she hopes no other injuries ensued. Following the passing of this second woman, the Memphis rapper is also offering her condolences, once again. As of now, Finesse2Tymes has still yet to speak on this incident, on his social media platforms.

“I am devastated & heartbroken over the tragic deaths that happened after Sunday’s show,” said GloRilla. “My fans mean the world to me 😢praying for their families & for a speedy recovery of everyone affected.”
