Lil Wop has flown under the radar, since leaving 1017. A year ago, Lil Wop took to social media, where he announced he was bisexual. In 2022, Lil Wop actually carried on a relationship with another man. Earlier this year, Lil Wop wound up back in a romantic relationship with a woman. Not only is Lil Wop now back with a man, he is also identifying as a “femboy.”

Lil Wop signed with Gucci Mane, when he relaunched 1017. As a result, he was viewed as the next major star to emerge in the game. However, these current crop of artists that Gucci Mane signed have struggled to reach the same levels of fame as his other artists. Somewhere, in the midst of things, Lil Wop ended up leaving the label.

Lil Wop was originally reported as being “dropped” by 1017. When he came out, Lil Wop also said that he was never dropped by Gucci Mane. Instead, he made it clear he left 1017 on his own. Now, Lil Wop is back with another announcement. After previously saying he liked transwomen and feminine men, Lil Wop is now saying that he, himself, is a femboy.
