Without a doubt, Gucci Mane is definitely top five when it comes to the hardest-working rappers in the game. Already, Gucci Mane has dropped six projects this year and he has more coming. Most years, Gucci Mane drops between ten and twenty projects and this year is up to par.
Because Gucci Mane keeps so much new music out, he has become a staple in clubs around the world. Keeping the trap music happy, the Southern cities, the birthplaces of trap, keep him booked. However, it is not always an easy transition, because booking is a dirty game.
Recently, Gucci Mane found himself booked in two places on the same night. Back in November, Empire Entertainment paid Gucci Mane $22,000 to perform in Little Rock on the 22nd. However, Gucci Mane promoted a show the same night in Tennessee and only performed three songs in Arkansas before going to the other show.
According to the lawsuit, Gucci Mane and his entourage returned to Arkansas that night to stay in the hotel Empire Entertainment booked.
