Gucci Mane to perform at Grizzlies vs Hawks game on March 26

Gucci Mane is recognized as one of the biggest artists to ever come out of the south, especially in his hometown of Atlanta. He’s also established himself as a great ear for talent, having signed artists such as Pooh Shiesty, Waka Flocka and more to his 1017 record label, over the past decade.

Gucci has also collaborated in the past, with the home team Atlanta Hawks. The first time he performed during a game was in 2016, back when the venue was still under the Philips Arena name. Many also remember that that was the night where he propsoed to his now-wife, Keyshia Ka’oir, during the game.

Therefore, Gucci will also perform at the Hawks’ upcoming game Vs the Memphis Grizzlies, at State Farm Arena, on March 26. Gucci will be taking the court at halftime, to perform some of his biggest hits of his career.

“I’m excited to be performing again for the Hawks halftime show after seven years,” said Gucci Mane in a statement. “I can’t wait to perform in front of all the fans and watch the Hawks walk away with a W.”

This month, Gucci and Keyshia also welcomed their second child together. This is a daughter, which they named Iceland. The two previously welcomed their first child, in 2020, which is their son, Ice.

State Farm Arena frequently brings some of the biggest artists in the industry, to perform at their halftime events, at Hawks games. As a result, this season has seen stars such as Alvin Ailey Arts & Education, Domani and T.I., Goodie Mob, Keri Hilson, Jeezy and Marvin Sapp and NE-YO deliver great shows, in front of Hawks fans.
