Gunna is denied bond again, after proposing to be subjected to house arrest and recorded phone lines

Gunna’s request for bond gets denied again

It’s now been several months now, since Young Thug, Gunna, and 26 other members of their YSL crew were indicted. This was 56 counts, as alleged crimes include RICO, murders, and other gang activities. The indictment is 88 pages long, as 181 crimes have reportedly been committed by YSL, since 2013. Thug and Gunna have since had both of their bond requests denied.

Gunna appeared in court virtually on Thursday morning again, as he requested another bond hearing. The request for bond went on to be denied again, according to WSB-TV 2. A judge agreed with prosecutors to withhold bond from Gunna.

Gunna proposed to be subjected ton “extreme bond that would include house arrest and recorded phone lines.” This wasn’t considered, due to his role in leading YSL, with Thug. Gunna and Thug will remain in jail, until at least their trials, in January 2023.

Gunna is being charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, as well as being accused of theft by receiving stolen property, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and participation in criminal street gang activity. Earlier this year, Gunna even had the number one album in the US, with “DS4EVER.”
