Gunna officially leaves Fulton County Jail, after guilty plea to racketeering conspiracy charge [VIDEO]

Gunna officially leaves jail after finalizing guilty plea

On Wednesday, Gunna had many on social media excited, after he was finally set to be released from jail. This came after he plead guilty to a racketeering conspiracy charge. This was an Alford plea, in which he received a 5-year sentence. This was for 1 year for commuted time, as well as a 4-year suspended sentence. However, this is pending on community service and other special conditions.

Gunna also went on to appear to hint that YSL is actually a gang. They’ve always attempted to claim simply being a record label. He also wants to educate youth that gangs aren’t the right route to take.

However, footage is also now going viral, of Gunna leaving the Fulton County Jail. He was seen hugging loved ones, as well as a woman he appears to be dating.

As a result, Young Thug is still in jail, and will stand trial in January. Gunna and Thug were initially arrested in May, on a 56-count RICO indictment. 26 other YSL associates were also included.

Gunna has since been promoting his 5th annual Gunna’s Great Giveaway event, in his hometown of Atlanta. This will be held on December 18, from 1-4PM . 1,000 families will receive a gift card, and a “special gift” from Gunna himself.
