While it’s probably a joke that he turned down $500,000, he did have the opportunity to dine with Jay-Z. During an episode of “The Shop,” featuring “Snowfall’s” Amin Joseph, Haha Davis spoke on this. Among a few ironies is how he never had the chance to eat anything. However, he said it was a great experience, and he gained business contacts.
HaHa Davis has quietly been building over the past decade. In 2017, he got one of his first big breaks, when Snoop Dogg put him on one of his tracks. From there, HaHa Davis continued building his social media following. Like most comedians, he has continued putting out skits and other kinds of content for his followers. HaHa Davis appeared on “The Shop,” alongside many others. When he spoke, HaHa talked about the time he actually had the dinner with Jay-Z. Jokingly, he said he turned down $500,000. However, Davis said that Jay refused to eat, so he didn’t eat, despite being hungry. He said the conversation went well and that Jay’s shirt didn’t wrinkle when he sat down.
