Ice Cube confirms that he turned down $9 million role, to star in movie with Jack Black, after refusing to take COVID-19 vaccine [VIDEO]

Ice Cube lost $9 million movie role after refusing COVID vaccine

Over a year ago, reports surfaced that Ice Cube lost out on a huge movie opportunity. This was a $9 million movie role, and couldn’t receive it, due to Cube refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

In a new interview on the “Million Dollaz Worth Of Game” podcast, Cube confirmed that this was true. He emphasized how he didn’t want to be forced to get this vaccine. The film ended up being one that also included Jack Black, which is a comedy titled “Hell No.” Everything about this film was confirmed, until Cube refused to get vaccinated.

“I turned down a movie because I didn’t wanna get the motherf—ing jab,” Cube said on the podcast. “I turned down $9 million because I didn’t want to get the jab. F— that jab, and f— y’all for trying to make me get it.

Deadline has since reported that there’s since hasn’t been any new developments for Hell No. A replacement for Cube has yet to be found, either.

“Those motherf-ckers didn’t give it to me because I wouldn’t get the shot,” Cube added. “I didn’t turn it down. They just wouldn’t give it to me,” he said. “The Covid shot, the jab…I didn’t need it. I didn’t catch that sh-t at all. Nothing. F-ck ’em. I didn’t need that sh-t.”
