Ice Spice, Nicki Minaj, and Aqua’s “Barbie World” is coming June 23

Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice have started to form a solid friendship, over the last several months. The two New Yorkers initially linked up in April, as Nicki appeared on Spice’s “Princess Diana” remix. As a result, that record went on to see a number four debut in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Meanwhile, another Nicki and Spice collaboration is on the way. This is “Barbie World” as it’ll also feature Aqua and appear on the soundtrack for the upcoming “Barbie” film. Therefore, both the soundtrack and film will be released on July 21. Nicki and Spice also went on to post a photo together of the two filming the video for Barbie World.

The Barbie soundtrack will contain 16 tracks in total. This is definitely a star-studded project, as Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Dominic Fike, Kali, Khalid, PinkPantheress, and much more will also be featured.

Last week, Nicki also trended after revealing the highly anticipated release date for her fifth studio album. The plan is for an October 20 release date. However, the official title for this project has still yet to publicly be unveiled.
