Slowly, things are shaping up for J. Cole, as he prepares the release of his sophomore album, Born Sinner. Two years ago, J. Cole released his debut album and he took the game over with his debut project. J. Cole returned lyricism to the game and helped usher in this current era of hip hop.

J. Cole has the attention of the rap game with his new music. Starting off the spring, J. Cole reunited with Miguel for “Power Trip.” The single did very well and is one of the first breakout singles of the year. Teaming up with TLC, J. Cole released his second single, which is “Crooked Smile,” earlier this week.

Instead of locking up a venue and inviting people out, J. Cole is going to allow fans to enter his DreamVillain.net website and listen to his album. J. Cole will begin this stream tomorrow for his fans. This is a one-time situation and then fans have to wait until June 18 to hear the full album.
