Deepest apologies to all those who tuned into Game 6 of this Spurs/Rockets series to watch a competitive game. The Spurs came in to do one thing, that’s win. It’s business as usual for San Antonio, they’re doing their job.
On the other hand, just what is it that the Houston Rockets are doing out there? James Harden has played like an MVP, all season long, and now he doesn’t even know which way is up. When Patrick Beverley gives up, it has to be over.
Technically, the Rockets still have a chance, as the game is far from over. But, they got eight minutes to come back from 28 down and win, so what’s it look like? The Spurs are already figuring in how they will upset the Golden State Warriors, meanwhile the Rockets’ fans are back to calling these dudes “Choke City.”
