Jeannie Mai removes Jeezy’s last name from her Instagram

Last month, it was surprisingly revealed that Jeezy filed for divorce from Jeannie Mai. This comes after the two were married for over two years, and were together as a couple, since 2018. Moreover, the two also welcomed their first child together, in January 2022. In the aftermath of the divorce, many also assumed that Jeannie was initially cheating on Jeezy with fellow TV host, Mario Lopez. However, sources close to the situation claimed that this was not the case.

Furthermore, reports surfaced that Mai had attempted to try to reconcile with Jeezy, but he wasn’t interested in doing so. “Family valued and expectations” were also said to be factors in the divorce. Despite this, Jeezy and Jeannie have supposedly still been living together, amid the divorce process.

Meanwhile, it appears that Jeannie is finally taking in the divorce reality. She has now removed Jeezy’s last name from her Instagram feed, which is “Jenkins.” She has explained this move publicly, but it definitely appears that she’s ready to accept that this chapter of her life is over. Moreover, Jeezy is also doing the same.
