Jeezy catches flack for raising child to be gender fluid
In 2005, Jeezy took the game over, and helped establish trap music as a genre. This is interesting, seeing how T.I. dropped the literal Trap Muzik album, two years prior. But, Jeezy took over the game, with his 2005 debut album. He did so with the help of Big Meech and BMF.
Jeezy had two deals, a solo deal with Def Jam, and a group deal with Bad Boy Records. Ultimately, Jeezy left Boyz N Da Hood to pursue his solo career. With his first three albums, Jeezy never did worse than platinum, and dropped several number one singles.
To date, Jeezy is probably best-known for his singles, “Soul Survivor,” and “Put On.” Years later, Jeezy mentored YG, helping him create his hit single, “My Hitta,” which dominated summer 2013. During his later years, Jeezy and Jeannie Mai began dating. The two have since gotten married and had a child. Jeannie Mai revealed the baby’s name, which was followed by reports of the couple intending to raise the child “gender fluid.” Because of this, Jeezy is receiving a lot of backlash on Twitter.
