After a long playoff drought ended in 2008, the Hawks began the longest playoff streak in the Eastern Conference. In 2015, the Hawks peaked, going 60-22 and reaching the Conference Finals. There, they were swept by LeBron James’ Cavs. In 2016, the Cavs swept them again and Jeff Teague ended up shoving LeBron. Teague was honest about why he did it.
Jeff Teague spent the first seven years of his career with the Hawks. During the 2016 playoffs, Teague put himself on the map for his hard foul on LeBron James. In the middle of Game 4, Teague ended up shoving LeBron. The play was uncalled for, as the Cavaliers went back to the Conference Finals. After the game, the media asked LeBron about it.
