Jhené Aiko’s “The Worst” goes 5x platinum

Jhené Aiko’s “The Worst” goes 5x platinum

Over the past decade, Jhené Aiko has been one of the most impressive artists in R&B. Moreover, in 2013, she achieved a major breakout year. That was as a result of her “The Worst” single. Furthermore, this record also went on to appear on Aiko’s 2014 debut studio album, “Souled Out.”

Meanwhile, Aiko’s The Worst has reached another major milestone. It’s now certified 5x platinum by the RIAA, in the US. It also ties with “Sativa” featuring Swae Lee as her highest RIAA-certified single.

Last year, Jhené Aiko also went viral after giving birth to her and Big Sean’s first child together. The two had been on-and-off as a couple since 2016, but went on to rekindle a few years ago. Back on 2016, Aiko and Sean also went on to release a very successful joint album together, which was “Twenty88.” Fans have since been asking the two for a sequel.

Aiko’s last project came back in March 2020, which was “Chilombo.” That went on to do very well, as it saw a number two debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. Aiko also collaborated with H.E.R., Future, Miguel, and more. The deluxe edition also went on to be released in July, which contained collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown and more.
