Kanye West is back in more legal trouble, stemming from an incident in 2022. At that time, he punched a man in downtown Los Angeles, who wanted his autograph. As a result, he is now facing a lawsuit by this man, according to TMZ.

In this initial incident, Kanye told the man “I’m going to make a f***ing example of you.” That was prior to Ye striking him. Moreover, the man soon demanded an apology from Kanye, before Ye ended up asking “Apologize for what?” Soon, he began striking the man several more times. As a result, these blows “severely injured” the man. Kanye also told a person he was with, to “go to the f***ing house and get my f***ing kids.”

Therefore, legal documents state thats man is suing Kanye for damages, as he revealed that he’s a victim of assault and battery, and emotional distress. Moreover, he added that his wife is also suing Kanye for loss of consortium. This is a situation of losing the companionship of her husband, due to the Kanye incident.

Meanwhile, Kanye has been delaying his highly anticipated joint album with Ty Dolla $ign, “Vultures.” However, that went on to experience a delay, after an initial scheduled New Year’s Eve release. Raves were held in cities across the United States in promotion of the album, but the Las Vegas one went on to be shut down by police.
