Before K. Michelle, there was Keyshia Cole who was R&B’s emerging star who also did reality TV. Both ladies shared tough stories, but the one with Keyshia Cole started at birth. In the end, Keyshia Cole won out, as she reunited with her mother and they did a show based on it.
Keyshia Cole definitely made amends with her mother and her mother’s side of the family. Still, there remained a whole other half of her biological family that she didn’t know. A few days ago, a rumor began about Keyshia Cole telling fans, in concert, that she found her father.
Making it official, Keyshia Cole has taken to Instagram to share a photo of him. Keyshia Cole’s father is named Virgil Hunter and they are reunited after being apart for 34 years. In the Instagram post, Keyshia Cole shares the entire story with her followers.
