Latto’s “Big Energy” is top selling downloaded song in 2022
Over the past year, Latto has scored the biggest record of her career. This is “Big Energy,” as it was released last September, and has seen massive success since then. Big Energy peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and is platinum in the US.
Latto brought the pop vibes on Big Energy, all while still showcasing her bars. In March, Latto also released the remix for Big Energy, as it included huge features from Mariah Carey and DJ Khaled.
Now, Latto has achieved another new milestone, with Big Energy. According to Chart Data, it is now the number one best selling download so far, among all songs, this year, in the US
Big Energy went on to appear on Latto’s sophomore album, “777.” That project was released in late March, as it contained 13 tracks, along with additional appearances from Lil Wayne, Childish Gambino, Kodak Black, Nardo Wick, 21 Savage, and Lil Durk.
Big Energy’s momentum hasn’t slowed down at this point, either. Currently, it stands at number seven, on the Hot 100. Latto is also buzzing on social media now, for her appearance on Lakeyah’s new “Mind Yo Business” single
