A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli pause upcoming trial
Earlier this year, former A$AP Rocky associate A$AP Relli claimed that he was shot by Rocky in November of last year. At the time, it was reported that Rocky got into an altercation with an individual, which was supposedly Relli. Relli then went on to be grazed by a bullet, in his hand. Rocky went on to be arrested by police, once he landed in Los Angeles. At the time, he and Rihanna just got off of a flight from Barbados, as the two were visiting Rih’s home country.
This year, Rocky went on to be charged with two criminal counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. However, the upcoming trial between Rocky and Relli is being paused, as agreed to by both parties.
Rocky is also said to be skeptical to use his fifth amendment rights, in the trial. This is due to not wanting to make statements that could incriminate him. Rocky’s lawyer has also since claimed that Relli’s lawsuit is an extortion attempt against Rocky.
Back in May, Rocky also welcomed his first child into the world. This was with Rihanna, as they initially announced their pregnancy in January. That came after initial rumors about the pregnancy, back in December 2021.
