LeBron James injured his ankle playing those Pelicans, who then passed the Lakers for their play-in spot.

LeBron James has quietly given up on championship aspirations for 2022. Instead, LeBron James is focused on making history. James is officially the NBA’s second leading scorer of all-time. Combining LeBron James’ points in the regular season and playoffs, he is the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. James is now only a few points away from beating Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s record. This morning, LeBron James took to Twitter, where he said he was going to be out for the season. The fans think LeBron James is pulling an April Fool’s joke.
