According to Richard Jefferson, LeBron James was dealing with illness during Game 3. Some of that makes the Cavaliers’ collapse at home after a 44 point win in Boston over the Celtics a little more excusable. If the Cavs just closed out, though, they’d be in the Finals, too.
Instead, the Golden State Warriors have an extra day of practice, in between watching the Cleveland/Boston series. Maybe the extra game is also good for LeBron James, as he can pass Michael Jordan on the all-time playoff list in Boston. That leaves him accomplishing two goals.
LeBron James spoke with the media after his practice. During the interview, he spoke on Michael Jordan and his legacy, with him being set to pass Jordan on the NBA Playoffs’ all-time scoring list. He’d also discuss the Cavaliers closing the Celtics out, tonight.
