Lil Baby says new music is on the way
Last fall, Lil Baby scored another number one album, with “It’s Only Me.” This servers as his third studio album, and was led by singles such as “Heyy” and “In A Minute.” Baby also collaborated with Young Thug, Jeremih, Pooh Shiesty, and more. It’s Only Me was also Baby’s third straight number one album, overall. This was Baby’s first solo studio album, since his sophomore album, “My Turn,” back in February 2020.
However, Baby is definitely still working. On Monday, he took to Instagram to post several photos of himself, while also revealing that new music is on the way.
In December, Baby also had one of the most exciting concerts of the year. He held his annual birthday concert at his hometown of Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. There, he performed, as well as stars such as Drake, 21 Savage, Future, GloRilla, and more. Baby also collaborated with the 2022 FIFA World Cup, to release a song together. This was with Tears For Fears, as the song was “The World Is Yours.”
