Lil Baby is arguably the hottest rapper out right now, especially over the last two years. These include two number one albums in “My Turn” last year and the collab project, “The Voice Of The Heroes,” which dropped two months ago, with Lil Durk.
Baby has had plenty of hits as well, including “The Bigger Picture,” from June 2020. This record exploded in the US, as it was released during the time of nationwide protests, in the art math of the George Floyd killing. This record raises awareness to a lot of injustices in America, and Baby went went on to perform this at the GRAMMYs, this past spring.
The Bigger Picture went on to peak at number three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Now, it’s reached another impressive milestone. It is now 2x platinum in the US, after selling 2 million units.
This single remains one of Baby’s hottest and most powerful records to date. The Atlanta rapper has since said that he doesn’t plan to make more records similar to this, though. Either way, he definitely made his impact, with The Bigger Picture.
