J. Cole and Lil Durk shoot video for upcoming collaboration

Earlier this month, Lil Durk revealed during J. Cole’s Dreamville Festival in Raleigh, NC, that he has a collaboration on the way with Cole. However, he didm’t unveil the official title of it, or when it will be released. Durk was also in attendance at the festival to deliver another solid performance. Among the headliners of Dreamville Fest included Usher, Cole, Durk, and Drake. Cole’s Dreamville artists such as Ari Lenno,x Omen, Cozz, and JID also hit the stage.

Meanwhile, photos of Durk and Cole shooting a music video together have been trending online, after Durk posted them to his Instagram feed. Both artists were all smiles, as children also appeared in the background. This appears to be for the collaboration that Durk previously discussed, during Dreamville Fest. Based on Durk’s caption, it appears that the title of this record may be “Almost Healed.”

“I’m sorry for the wait I’m still healing s/o my dawg Jcole #almosthealed 🤲🏾”

Cole is also rumored to release a new studio album, at some point in 2023. The album title that has been floating around on social media, is “It’s A Boy.” Cole’s last project came last April, when he and his Dreamville record label linked up with DJ Drama to release the “D-Day: A Gangsta Grillz” mixtape.
