Lil Nas X is aiming to release new album this summer

In 2022, Lil Nas X released multiple singles, which were received well by fans of his. Those included “Late To Da Party” featuring NBA Youngboy, as well as “Star Walkin’ (League Of Legends Worlds Anthem).” However, many are still pondering on when his sophomore album will be arriving.

Nas X recently took to Twitter to reveal that he is planning to put this project out sometime in the summer. This comes after a fan asked about that particular release date.

“It’s mostly planning now,” Nas continued to explain to another fan. “i could easily just release music but i have to build moments around this shit. i have to go bigger than before!”

Nas X’s last project came back in September 2021, which was his debut studio album, “Montero.” That saw a number two debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. It also contained two number one songs, in “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” and “Industry Baby,” featuring Jack Harlow. Industry Baby was also the most streamed song of 2022 in the US, as well as the most streamed song of this decade, so far.
