Lil Wayne ends Los Angeles concert early in final tour date

On Saturday night, Lil Wayne closed out the final date of his “Welcome To Tha Carter” Tour. This was in Los Angeles, at The Wiltern. However, Wayne suddenly decided to end the concert earlier than expected.

Wayne reportedly took an intermission, as he let his Young Money artists artists Lil Twist, Yaj Kader, and Allan Cubas perform. Furthermore, Wayne didn’t go on to perform again. According to Wayne, it seemed that he simply didn’t like the energy of the LA crowd

“We appreciate it, but we ain’t about to be bending over backwards for these folks. We work too hard for this shit, we work way too hard. This my motherf***in’ artist Allan, that was Twist, that was Yaj; we are Young Money. We appreciate y’all time.”

This isn’t the first time Wayne that Wayne disappointed fans during this tour. Over a month ago, he canceled his Atlanta concert on the day of, due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Wayne also charged $15 to fans who didn’t attend the LA show, in order to be able to watch the live stream.
