Lil Wayne finds buyer for Miami mansion for $28 million

Lil Wayne has some of the most luxurious homes in the industry. However, he’s recently been putting his Miami mansion on the market, and has finally found a buyer. This home contains seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, as it was built back in 2017, for $16.8 million. Amenities of this home also include an open-air cabana, outdoor kitchen and a reflecting pool.

According to TMZ, Wayne initially listed this home back in September, for $29.5 million. He went on to give a small discount on it, for $28 million. Wayne has since gone on to accept a buyer’s offer, on February 3. Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman helped the rapper close the sale on this property.

Wayne has since relocated to the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles. There, he’s living in a $15.4 million mansion.

Last week, Wayne also announced that he will be venturing on his “Welcome To Tha Carter” Tour. This will kick off on April 4, in Minneapolis, MN. 28 shows will be available, as the tour will go on to conclude on May 13, in Los Angeles.

Wayne also recently trended on social media for meeting new Colorado football Head Coach Deion Sanders, at the team’s training facility in Boulder, CO, which is where the campus is located.
