Lil Yachty released his Lil Boat 2 album earlier this year and is set to drop his second project of 2018. The Quality Control Music rapper took to Twitter to make the announcement saying that the title of the new project is ‘Nuthin 2 Prove.’

Nuthin 2 Prove has a October 19 release date. Yachty concluded the tweet by simply saying “Bye.” 2018 has been a major year for Yachty and fellow QC artists as Migos saw huge success with their Culture 2 album in January, Lil Baby continued to make an impact with his Harder Than Ever mixtape in May, and City Girls officially blowing up by appearing on Drake’s hit single In My Feelings in June.

As far as content goes for Nuthin 2 Prove, expect Yachty to pay tribute to the late XXXTentacion on a few records. He has been very vocal about him this summer since his passing in June. Following the days after XXX’s death, Yachty held a public candlelight in downtown Atlanta to honor his memory.
