Lizzo rose to moderate levels of fame, in 2016. A native of Minneapolis, Lizzo reached local fame, during that span of time. However, in 2019, Lizzo’s 2016 work began to go viral. As a result, Lizzo traded local celebrity in for international fame. In turn, Lizzo has not looked back since.

Lizzo is a woman of a bigger body type. At a time when curves are embraced, Lizzo is pushing for ALL body types to be included. As a result, Lizzo has faced backlash. Last year, some hurtful comments led to Lizzo crying, which pushed Facebook to remove mean comments about her.

Lizzo finally released her sophomore album in 2022. Ever since, she has enjoyed her career, and is happy with where things are. Last night, Kathy Hilton was on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” with Andy Cohen. Kathy Hilton was playing a game of “name that celebrity” with Andy Cohen. When Lizzo’s name came up, Kathy Hilton said she did not know who she was. However, Kathy Hilton guessed “Precious,” meaning Gabourey Sidibe. As a result, Kathy Hilton got dragged by social media.

Lizzo did not respond to Kathy Hilton. Instead, she went on with her business. Since Lizzo is always posting body pics, meant to empower the bigger women, she kept doing that. It is unclear, whether or not she even saw Kathy Hilton’s interview. With that being said, Lizzo kept doing her, despite what was said about her.
