Lizzo has been a major force, over the past three years. A lot of people fell for Lizzo’s personality. All the time, Lizzo is unapologetically her. As a result, Lizzo has a “take it or leave it” type of persona. This time has seen Lizzo go from a regional success to one of pop music’s biggest acts.

Lizzo had a strong debut, back in 2019. During that time, Lizzo dominated the game. What Lizzo brought to the table was something completely new. For the obvious reasons, Lizzo took a step back in 2020. Last summer, Lizzo returned with “Rumors” and went right back to the top.

Lizzo has finally set a release date for her sophomore album, Special. As a result, Lizzo dropped a new single in anticipation of her album. The new single, “About Damn Time,” has had strong results. With that, Lizzo returned with the next single, “Grrrls.” On “Grrrls,” Lizzo drops the line, “Imma spaz out.” That line has gotten Lizzo into a lot of trouble. On social media, Lizzo got dragged, and accused of using a slur, in the word, “spaz.” People are accusing Lizzo of being an ablelist.
