Jalen Ramsey honors Takeoff with custom game day cleats
It’s been almost two weeks now, since Takeoff was shot and killed, in Houston. That was as a result of an argument between Quavo and a group of men, as 10 shots went on to be fired. Takeoff was hit in the torso and head, as he was pronounced dead at the scene.
This past Friday, Takeoff’s funeral was held in his hometown of Atlanta, at State Farm Arena. Quavo, Offset, Drake, Takeoff’s family, and more spoke, and delivered beautiful speeches. Justin Bieber and Chloe Bailey were among the performers, as well.
Celebrities continue to pay tribute to Takeoff, including Jalen Ramsey of the Los Angeles Rams. Today, Ramsey and the Rams take on the Arizona Cardinals in LA, as the star Cornerback has paid tribute to Takeoff, with his cleats.
Ramsey’s game day cleats display Takeoff’s face, as a rocket is also seen on the other side of the cleat. One cleat also says “RIP,” while the other says “Takeoff.”
The Rams currently stand at 3-5, while the Cardinals are 3-6. The NFC West has been below average this year, with the Seahawks being the only team over .500, at 6-4.
