Sadly, respect and consideration seem to be things of the past. Suddenly, being a fast food worker is one of the most dangerous jobs in America. People have had it and it’s now nothing for customers and employees to get into physical altercations with each other. If the customers and employees are not going at it, it’s employees getting into it with one another. However, the latest McDonalds video shows a customer trying to take on an employee.
This is no defense of either person, but it’s tough being a fast food customer. In numerous locations, at various restaurants, people can place their order, the workers can read it back to them, and still mess the order up. Given how people could have allergies, or other sensitivities, this can provoke anger. Meanwhile, there are workers who are overworked and underpaid. As a result, tensions can spill over, leading to moments of tension.
Recently, McDonalds was home to another tough situation. This time, it was a customer who was upset with one of the employees. To be clear, this video does not show what led up to the altercation. However, it begins with the worker arguing with the man who seems to be placing his order. The man reaches over and grabs the woman’s shirt. As a result, she grabs him, and begins defending herself.
