Man fights officers after he’s sentenced to 190 years in prison

In Michigan, a man received his final sentencing, after being on trial for fatally beating a four year old boy. The man was originally arrested and charged in Kent County, Michigan in 2017. After being charged, the man appealed his felony convictions. According to reports, his legal team said the accusations were based on “junk science.” However, the judge described his actions and sentenced him to prison, rejecting his appeal. As a result, the man tried to fight the police officers sending him away.

When the judge was ordering the sentencing, he had choice words for the man. Specifically, he described the man’s actions as “sickening and disgusting.” In addition, he referred to the man as “evil” for what he did to that child. After all, something has to be wrong with a person to harm an innocent child. Even worse is how he made the decision to appeal the decision, knowing he was guilty. To top it off, when he didn’t get his way, the man physically acted out.

Among other things, the judge told the man that he was the “lowest form of human life.” That said, the judge commenced to sentencing the man to a 190 year prison sentence. The judge referred to him as a “monster” and said he should never be allowed out of prison. As the man realized he would not beat his appeal, he lashed out. The man put his hands on the officers who were sending him away. As a result, he had to be forcibly removed from the courtroom.
