This guy spotted a female police officer and given the vibe she was giving him, he didn’t stand a chance. None of that stopped him from trying.

Immediately, the man starts making jokes about committing crimes, and asking if she’s arrested anyone. As a result, the woman is visibly annoyed by the man and his way of getting her attention. While she politely answered his questions and spoke with him, the woman was clearly not interested in this man.
