Man reveals UberEats driver requested gas money to deliver food

The service industry has gone down the drain, in many ways. It’s hard to pinpoint one specific reason for these problems. On one side, the workers are not being paid enough. As a result, they don’t put too much care in their work. In addition, many of the customers are rude. That said, this makes the workers not be as friendly as they can be. Aside from all of that, some people are just full of game. One UberEats customer ran into a worker like this. The driver tried forcing the customer to pay for his gas.

Currently, times are tough, economically. Daily, there are talks about inflation and reports of a looming recession. In addition, several banks have crashed this year. As a result, people are holding onto their money and thinking differently about the job market. Furthermore, the Senate is currently deliberating the debt ceiling crisis. Economically, there is a lot going on that leaves the future up in the air.

Honestly, none of the world’s economic problems had anything to do with this greedy UberEats driver. The man placed an order for his food and the driver’s job was to pick it up. When he took the UberEats job, he knew the requirements. For whatever reason, the driver decided to try and hold the food hostage by demanding the customer pay for his gas. The driver went as far as saying it’s just like a tip. It took the customer threatening to call the police for the driver to stop begging. As a result, he tossed the food like it was trash.
