Customer service has completely gone out the window. Increasingly, businesses leave customers hanging and take no responsibility. As a result, customers are becoming more vocal in response. At an airport, American Airlines recently had to hear from an upset customer. On the outside looking in, the man looks crazy for how he’s going off on them. But the only reason the man is upset is because they have strung him along for eighteen hours, when all he’s trying to do is catch his flight.

Long before the lockdowns, there were issues with businesses and customer service. However, what happened in 2020 became the perfect excuse for businesses to offer subpar services. Three years later, companies are still relying on that excuse. That said, customers are no longer having it. With most businesses only taking the money, customers are left with no other resort. The first representative from any company is the first person to catch it.

One man’s anger at American Airlines produced a viral Twitter video. The video picks up in the middle of his loud rant. During his outburst, the man tells the American Airlines employee that he’s sure he’s a good person. However, he continued expressing his frustration due to the fact that the company made him wait twenty minutes here and there until eighteen hours passed. As a result, he’s beyond angry. The employee could be heard asking the man not to yell at him.
