Man and wife who got DM from Drake wants to meet him
Earlier this week, Drake made headlines, after DMing a man named Cedric’s wife, Toni, on Instagram. That came after Cedric talked trash under one of Drake’s posts, where he was showing love to Ja Morant’s father, Tee. Cedric said “Ya son prolly play with ghost writers.”
Drake ended up savagely replying with “I just followed your girl cause she prob miserable and needs some excitement in her life.” Drake soon appeared in Toni’s DM, saying “I’m here for u ma.” Cedric’s wife ended up bragging about it on Twitter, which resulted in her getting roasted, and deactivating her account.
Cedric and Toni actually recently appeared on TMZ, to discuss this Drake situation. Cedric believed that Drake did cross the line, but laughed it off, as he’s also a Drake fan. He also didn’t believe that Drake would actually DM his wife. However, they are both open to meeting Drake in-person.
Cedric was also asked why he made the ghostwriter comment, in the first place. He revealed that he’s also a Meek Mill fan, and used that diss, as a result of Meek’s beef with Drake, way back in 2015.
